Campaign Duration
The EcoFlow Power Bank Launch Campaign runs from 24 June 2025, 9 AM (CET) to 1 September 2025, 9 AM (CET).
EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or extend the campaign period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Eligibility
The campaign is open to European residents aged 18 and above as of 24 June 2025, 9 AM (CET).

Availability
This campaign, including promotions, gifts, and discounts, is available exclusively on eu.ecoflow.com. Purchases made on other platforms or websites are not eligible for campaign offers.

Campaign Details
Launch Discount
1. From 24 June, 9 AM (CET) to 1 August 2025, 9 AM (CET), selected EcoFlow Power Bank products will be available with up to 18% off as part of the launch campaign.
2. The discount is applied directly to the product page price.
3. This discount can be combined with other eligible promotions or coupons unless otherwise specified.

Bonus EcoCredits
1. From 24 June, 9 AM (CET) to 1 September 2025, 9 AM (CET), users will earn bonus EcoCredits for every €1 spent on eligible Power Bank products:
- Standard Members: 3× EcoCredits
- PLUS Members: 4× EcoCredits
2. Credits are calculated based on the final purchase price and will be issued 7 days after delivery, provided no returns or cancellations occur.
Please Note:
1. Customers must log into their EcoFlow account using the same email used to place the order.
2. If a customer hasn’t registered yet, they can sign up for a free account.
3. If a return is initiated, the awarded EcoCredits will be withdrawn.

Power Bank User Coupon
1. From 24 June, 9 AM (CET) to 1 September 2025, 9 AM (CET) Customers who previously purchased a RAPID power bank or an eligible third-party power bank can receive a one-time 10% discount to use on Power Bank products.
2. To claim the coupon, customers must submit their emails and either a proof of purchase or a photo of the product. The coupon will be sent via email and can be used for a limited time. By providing your email address and subscribing, you agree to the Email Marketing Terms & Conditions, subscribe to EcoFlow marketing emails, and consent to receive updates from EcoFlow.
3. Coupon usage is subject to product availability and may not be combined with other coupons or sitewide discounts unless otherwise specified.
4. EcoFlow reserves the right to verify submissions and deny eligibility if fraudulent or incomplete information is provided.
5. The coupon is only valid for a limited time stated, while stock lasts.

Power Bank Accessory Discount
1. When customers purchase any EcoFlow Power Bank, they can also purchase eligible Power Bank accessories at discounted prices.
2. The accessory discount is automatically applied in the shopping cart when at least one Power Bank and one or more qualifying accessories are added to the same order.
3. This discount can be combined with other applicable discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated.
4. Offer valid while accessory stock lasts.

General
1. If you encounter any problems during the promotion, please contact support.eu@ecoflow.com for assistance.
2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.
3. Participants in the Sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign.
4. All orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy during the sale promotion.
5. The sale promotion does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.
6. Any unauthorised or fraudulent behaviour will result in the disqualification of participants.
7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.
9. All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
10. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
11. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with or arising from acts or omissions or any way related to this campaign.
12. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
13. All products and free gifts (if applicable) related to this promotion will be shipped in accordance with EcoFlow's Shipping Policy (https://eu.ecoflow.com/policies/shipping-policy)
14. There may be instances where EcoFlow is unable to accept or must cancel certain orders. EcoFlow reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. In such cases, EcoFlow is not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, or potential consequences arising from the cancellation.
